These terms determine:
• The use of Adurite.com
• Any user related agreement or legal relationship with (Adurite.com LTD)

These are the terms and conditions of use of Adurite.com service (Terms of service) and compliance between the user (you) and:

This site and service is held and operated by the Adurite network and provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. When you visit, utilize, or otherwise access Adurite, you affirmatively accept the following terms and conditions.

Continued use of this site constitutes the affirmative agreement to these terms and conditions. Adurite reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Adurite sites and services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Adurite sites and services.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these, and and additional, terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Adurite sites and services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Definitions
Henceforth, the term “buyer” will be used to describe the customer or client purchasing items or currency, the term “seller” will be used to define a user selling their goods on our marketplace, and “Adurite” will be used to define the marketplace and marketplace staff as a whole.

The user is responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, or other costs that are associated with the conductions of transactions via the Payment method. Users also adhere to the applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities and government. Respective charges shall be indicated on the respective payment page of the determined Payment method. Adurite will provide the list of available payment methods that will be indicated on Adurite.com website and applications.

Marketplace Fees
The fee structure for selling on Adurite is defined as follows depending on the type of account you have on the marketplace,

For all non-Premium accounts, a 10% transaction fee is applied to all item and currency transactions.
For all Premium accounts, a 7% transaction fee is applied to all item and currency transactions.
If you have positive Adurite.com balance, Adurite.com will charge you the inactivity fee of 2 USD every 30 days while your account remains inactive or until your Adurite.com balance reaches zero. The inactivity fee is not refundable.

Payments
Upon successful purchase, the seller is obligated to provide the item or currency paid for by the buyer. Any infringement on this transaction either on the seller or technical end will result in a refund for the buyer and possible moderation against the seller, particularly if the infringement is caused with malicious intent. The marketplace is obligated to provide the seller with the correct account balance if the transaction is completed successfully.

Price Limits
Price limits depend on if the sale occurs for currency or for items. The sale of virtual currency is subject to whatever rate Adurite determines at any given time. For items, users may list their items for whatever price they desire. However, items above $400 can not be purchased with card processing, only cryptocurrency.

Resolution of Dispute
Any dispute between a seller and a buyer is liable to be brought up to our Support team. This can be done by reaching us on our support on-site or by email at ([email protected]). Adurite does not take responsibility for any actions once the transaction has been completed, only the actual transaction on-site can be deemed as Adurite’s responsibility.

Seller Liability
Seller’s are responsible for making sure their in-game account is ready and able to complete transactions. Any fault or infringement on a paid transaction can result in moderation and funds in the seller’s account being voided.

Marketplace
The Adurite marketplace will have full liability for products offered on the platform and deliver invoices or licenses where applicable.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals are dependent on the type of account a seller owns. Withdrawals are performed in cryptocurrency using Bitcoin addresses and are defined as following based on your account.
KYC Level 2 = Infinite Withdraws per day / $10,000 limit
Premium = 2 withdraws per day / $2,500 limit
Non-Premium = 1 withdraw per day / $800 limit

Electronic Communications
If you browse Adurite’s websites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You hereby agree receive communications from us electronically, by Email and/or by posting notices on the site. You agree to all terms, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such other communications be in writing.

Copyright
Adurite and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you have reason to believe that your work, or derivatives of your work, have been reproduced on this site in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please contact our support department about resolving any issues that may be present.

Your Account
By registering and managing a seller account on Adurite, you agree to take charge of maintaining the confidentiality of your account and associated information, including restricting access to the device used to access Adurite.com, and you agree to accept complete responsibility for all activities that occur under your seller account. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may not use the website, as you are not old enough to use the payment processor. Adurite and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove and/or edit consent, and cancel transactions in their sole discretion.

Grounds for Termination/Refusal of Service
Users and sellers alike may be immediately terminated for violating any aspect of these terms.
Some common reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

Fraud of ANY kind(via Payment Processor or Adurite), as determined by Adurite staff/systems.
- Seller’s failure to maintain proper account security.
- Failure to cooperate with support staff in the event of a dispute.
- Providing false or inaccurate information of any kind.
- Mentioning or linking to this site where it is not allowed to be mentioned, such as third-party websites with such services restricted.
- Any other breach of these Terms of Service.

Site and Services
Adurite provided links and pointers to internet sites to maintain. Neither Adurite, its parent or supplementary companies, nor their affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The content in this site and the third-party sites are provided “as is” and without assurance of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest field permissible pursuant to the applicable law, Adurite denies all assurance, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied assurance of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Regardling all virtual goods and services Adurite is only providing a service for communication and automation between buyers and sellers. Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or and form of “spam”. You may not use a false Email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Adurite keeps the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. Once you submit content or material, and by default, you grant Adurite and its affiliates a royalty-free, nonexclusive, eternal, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create works from, and distribute such content in any place. You grant Adurite and its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Adurite has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Adurite has no responsibility for any content posted by you or a third party.

Product Descriptions
Adurite and its affiliates try to be as exact as possible in describing a product and/or service. However, Adurite does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are exact, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. When a product offered by Adurite itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact support for further assistance. Any and all relationships between Adurite products and third-party and/or external products are purely coincidental. Adurite does not directly sell or stock third-party products or services.

AML Policy
As required by the laws, rules, and moral standards, there are scenarios where we request sellers to prove their personal information. KYC may be asked of you due to money-laundering regulations dictating specifications regarding the volume or cash amount of your sales. If information is needed from you regarding KYC or AML policy you will be contacted by site administrators for more information. Adurite is purely a marketplace for virtual currency and cosmetic items and zero money-laundering is tolerated.

Red Goof UAB complies with the United Kingdom MLR 2017 regulation regarding AML. In compliance with this, sales or individual sellers may be subject to review by the money laundering reporting officer (MLRO) as well as the compliance officer.

In agreement to the MLR 2017, all sales or KYC data submitted will be subject to permanent deletion after a period of five years or upon request of the seller.

KYC
Red Goof UAB complies with the European Union 2015 PSD2 Directive for KYC selling standards. As a result of reaching $9,999 USD in sales, the following information will be directly requested of sellers, then encrypted and stored on file for tax and financial record purposes.

- Date of birth
- Address
- Tax Identification Number
Upon completing this KYC your account standing will reach KYC Level 2.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Adurite regarding the subject matter thereof.
